Warm and sunny weather expected across southern and central Finland
Southern and central Finland will see widespread temperatures of around 25°C on Tuesday, with sunshine dominating much of the region, according to Yle’s weather forecast.
The southeast and coastal areas may experience more variable cloud cover, while Lapland will have heavier cloud and temperatures dropping below 20°C in central and northern parts. Elsewhere, readings will range between 20°C and 25°C.
A scattered rain band will move across Lapland on Wednesday night, bringing less than 5 mm of precipitation. Showers may persist in the north on Wednesday, but the south and west will remain dry and hot, with temperatures potentially making it the warmest day of the week in those areas.
