Noora Pajari appointed municipal director of Lempäälä after serving as city manager of Keuruu
Noora Pajari has been appointed as the new municipal director of Lempäälä. She has served as the city manager of Keuruu since 2021. Pajari succeeds Heidi Rämö, who transitioned to the role of executive director for the Pirkanmaa Business Mentors at the beginning of October.
Pajari has been granted a permanent position, which includes a six-month probationary period. Her previous roles include serving as the municipal director of Multia, interim city clerk of Kiuruvesi, and as a development coordinator for the Finnish Red Cross, along with work as a planner. She holds a Master’s degree in social sciences.
A total of 41 applications were submitted for the position of municipal director. Out of these, 36 candidates held the required advanced academic degree. Eight candidates were interviewed, four top candidates underwent suitability tests, and they met with representatives of the municipal council.
The decision regarding Pajari’s appointment was made by the Lempäälä municipal council on Wednesday evening.
