Sweden tests new mobile warning system in Stockholm and Gotland

Sweden’s new mobile warning system, SE-Alert, is being tested on nearly 2.6 million phones in Stockholm and Gotland, SVT reports.

The test begins at 3pm. Carl-Oskar Bohlin, Sweden’s minister for civil defence, is holding a press conference ahead of the alert.
