Fog expected along western and northern coasts

Foggy conditions are expected along Iceland’s western and northern coasts on Wednesday, while skies will be partly clear in many areas, mbl.is reports.

Westerly or variable winds of 3 to 10 metres per second are forecast. Coastal areas in the west and north will mostly experience low cloud or fog.

Similar conditions are expected on Thursday, with low cloud likely to affect more coastal areas. Daytime temperatures will generally range from 11 to 17°C, although it will be cooler in foggy areas.

On Friday, southwesterly winds of 3 to 10 metres per second are expected, with some rain in western Iceland and partly cloudy conditions elsewhere. Temperatures will range from 10 to 18°C, with the warmest conditions in the east.
