Norwegian police have identified the two victims of Monday’s fatal avalanche in Hemsedal as 29-year-old Guro Jordheim and 34-year-old Max Napoleon Andersson, Dagbladet reports.

The avalanche occurred on 6 April, with emergency services alerted at 11:10 AM. Seven people were caught in the slide, according to the South-Eastern Norway Police District. Four were buried, and two—Jordheim, a Norwegian citizen, and Andersson, a Swedish citizen—were declared dead at the scene. Both resided in Hemsedal at the time of the incident.
