Faroese company groAqua launches project for world’s largest fish feed pellets for bakkafrost

The Faroese company GroAqua has embarked on an ambitious project to create the world’s largest fish feed pellets, intended for another Faroese company, Bakkafrost.
The development of such large and technologically advanced feed pellets by a Faroese company has garnered international attention.
In total, there will be two large fish feed pellets produced, as confirmed by Suni Justinussen, the CEO of GroAqua, who stated that the company has been working on this initiative for some time.
The construction of the pellets will be carried out by a GroAqua subsidiary in Poland, in collaboration with the company’s staff in the Faroe Islands.
