Starvsfelagið and Municipal Employers’ Association resume negotiations in Faroe Islands

Today, Starvsfelagið, the Salary Department of the Ministry of Finance, and the Municipal Employers’ Association will meet again at the negotiating table.

Two negotiation meetings took place last week, on Monday and Wednesday.

The agreements were originally valid until October 1, but they will remain in effect as long as negotiations are ongoing.

On Thursday, the Municipal Employers’ Association will meet with the Health Assistants’ Association to discuss negotiation meetings and other related matters.

The agreement between these organizations was valid starting October 1 but will continue to apply as negotiations proceed.
