The sorting of bio-waste has become increasingly relevant for many residents. Since July, all towns with populations over 10,000 require their residents to compost or recycle their bio-waste. This new regulation also extends to row houses and apartment buildings with fewer than five units, as well as single-family homes and vacation properties.
