Smyril Line establishes new subsidiary for cargo ship operations in Denmark

Smyril Line has established a new subsidiary called Smyril Line Ship Holdings. The company starts with a share capital of 50,000 DKK. Jens Meinhard Rasmussen, who is also the CEO of Smyril Line, will lead the new entity. There are no board members associated with the announcement to the Register.

The purpose of the new company is to own and operate cargo ships, manage agency activities, engage in trade, and conduct other related operations.
