A low-pressure system that brought rain to much of the country over the weekend continues to cause northwesterly winds with occasional snow showers in northeastern areas. Conditions are expected to improve and become clearer by midday. Elsewhere, there will be light northerly or variable winds across the country today, leading to dry and bright weather, making it a beautiful day ahead, according to a meteorologist who shares daily insights. Although temperatures are relatively low due to the northern winds, the sun will provide some warmth around midday.

Tonight, winds will begin to pick up from the south as clouds increase, and tomorrow forecasts suggest a colder southwest wind bringing light rain or drizzle in many areas, although the eastern part of the country should remain dry. A warmer air mass is on the way, with temperatures expected to rise to between six and ten degrees Celsius by tomorrow afternoon.
