Finnish President Alexander Stubb and wife Suzanne set for state visit to Norway

Finnish President Alexander Stubb and his wife Suzanne Innes-Stubb are set to embark on a state visit to Norway from October 15 to 17. The President’s office announced on Friday that the visit will focus on strengthening bilateral economic relations and enhancing cooperation in security and defense policy.

During the first day of the visit, the Stubb couple will be welcomed by King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway, as well as Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit. Stubb is also scheduled to hold bilateral discussions with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre at the Prime Minister’s residence.

This visit marks an important opportunity for both nations to deepen their ties and collaborate on mutual interests.
