Four plots available for townhouses and apartment buildings in Argjahamar, Tórshavn Municipality

Four plots for 24 townhouses, six apartment buildings, and a central facility above Argjahamar are now available for application.

These plots are situated in seven residential areas that are part of the overall development plan by Tórshavn Municipality for Argjahamar.

The land covers a total of 132,000 square meters and is located above Klingurstjørn, the school at Argjahamar, the daycare at Hamrinum, and the residential area at Argjahamar.

The available plots range in size from 2,571 to 5,573 square meters.
