Trygd reports profit increase to 8.1 million kroner in Denmark

In the first half of the year, Trygd reported a profit of 8.1 million Danish kroner after taxes, an increase from last year’s 4.6 million kroner. The management is pleased with the results, noting that expenses have risen compared to previous years.

Damage-related expenditures reached 58.8 million kroner, which is 7.5 million kroner higher than the same period last year. The cost of repairing damages continues to rise.

“However, we are also seeing that price inflation has returned to more normal levels,” said Anna Mohr Holm, CEO of Trygd.

The investment activities of Trygd performed well in the first half of this year, yielding a profit of 4 million kroner, which is ten times greater than the same period last year.
