Iceland temperatures to reach 10C today

Temperatures are forecast to reach 10C in Iceland today, with light rain at times in the south, mbl.is reports.

Southwesterly winds of 3 to 8 metres per second are expected, increasing to 8 to 13 metres per second in the northwest and along the southeast coast. Most other areas will remain mainly dry, with temperatures between 3C and 10C.

Tomorrow, southwesterly winds of 8 to 13 metres per second and rain are forecast. Little precipitation is expected in the northeast and east, while winds will strengthen somewhat later in the day. Temperatures are expected to range from 6C to 12C.
