Students say they remain worried after fatal Älvsjö shooting
Students near the sports hall where a woman was shot dead in Älvsjö say they have felt worried since the incident, SVT reports.
Hundreds of children and young people attended sports events and a school disco at Kämpetorpshallen on Friday evening. Later that night, a woman in her 20s was shot in the hall and died from her injuries.
Nike Herlitz, 11, was at the school disco shortly before the shooting. “When something this big happens, it feels like it’s the only thing you can think about,” she said.
She and Vega Küttim, students at Kämpetorpsskolan, the school next to the hall, said they had both been worried since the shooting.
