Iceland forecast brings sunshine and overnight frost

Much of Iceland will have clear skies and a chance of overnight frost, mbl.is reports. Winds will be from the southeast or variable at 3 to 10 metres per second, with isolated showers in the southeast and along the west coast this evening. Daytime temperatures will range from 2 to 8C.

On Wednesday, southwesterly winds are forecast, with showers or sleet showers. The east of the country will remain dry and bright for part of the day, and temperatures are expected to rise slightly.
