High pressure brings mild outdoor weather across Finland

Tuesday will bring dry and favourable weather for outdoor activities across Finland, Yle reports. High pressure will strengthen over the country, with temperatures rising to around 15 degrees Celsius in southern and central parts.

The sun will shine in western and southern Finland, while eastern regions and Lapland will see cloudier skies. Temperatures in the north will remain around 10 degrees.

Fog may develop in central Finland during the evening. The night will again be cool, with temperatures possibly falling below freezing, especially in the west and eastern Lapland.

Sunny weather will continue across much of Finland on Wednesday. However, a weather front approaching from the southeast will bring rain to southern and eastern parts of the country, while winds will strengthen.
