Small aircraft makes emergency landing in forest near Rovaniemi

A small aircraft made an emergency landing in a forest near the boundary between the municipalities of Ylitornio and Rovaniemi, Yle reports, citing the Lapland Rescue Department.

The aircraft was carrying only its pilot, who was taken by a Border Guard helicopter for further medical treatment.
