Bakkafrost reports 273 million kroner profit in second quarter

Bakkafrost Group reported an operating profit of 273 million kroner in the second quarter, compared with 65 million kroner in the same quarter last year, according to KVF.

The company harvested 26,749 tonnes in the Faroe Islands and 3,145 tonnes in Scotland.

In the same period last year, the harvest was 16,020 tonnes in the Faroe Islands and 7,034 tonnes in Scotland.
