Faroese parliament schedules 22 oral questions

The Faroese parliament will hold its first oral question session of the current parliamentary term on Thursday, with the prime minister and government ministers due to answer 22 questions, broadcaster KVF reports.

Parliamentary representatives may put oral questions to the prime minister or ministers. They must notify the speaker of parliament, the prime minister or the relevant minister by the previous day of what they intend to ask.

Representatives may also ask committee chairs about the progress of matters being considered by committees when no report has yet been issued.

The parliamentary session is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
