Tjaldrið workboat tows vessel with engine failure

A workboat from the patrol vessel Tjaldrið towed a vessel with engine trouble to shore yesterday afternoon, KVF reports.

The vessel was in Nólsoyarfjørður when the workboat went to assist it, according to Vørn.

Although Tjaldrið is currently stationary, its workboat remains available for operations. Both patrol vessels are currently out of service.
