Metro power outage fixed, service to resume by 18:00

A power outage affecting the Helsinki Metro has been resolved, regional transport agency HSL reports.

Earlier on Thursday, the disruption had restricted service to the stretch between Kulosaari and Kivenlahti stations. HSL now estimates full service will be restored by 18:00.

The fault caused congestion at the central railway station metro stop during the evening rush hour.
