Miljöpartiet’s co-spokesperson Amanda Lind conceded the party sometimes leans too heavily on “dry factualness” but pushed back against claims it lacks charisma in an interview on SVT’s *Fördomsshowen* (*The Prejudice Show*), broadcast Friday.
“Maybe a bit too much dry factualness at times,” Lind said. “Then you have to dare to take a few more risks.” She dismissed the notion that the Green Party suffers from a broader charisma deficit, though she acknowledged its approach can clash with political theatrics.
“When it’s all about spectacle—like waving around sausages in a debate—maybe we’re not the ones doing that,” Lind said.
The show’s host, Emil Persson, had opened the segment by stating, “The main prejudice is that you’re terribly uncharismatic.”
*SVT’s Fördomsshowen* airs Friday at 22:00 on SVT1 and is available on SVT Play.
