The Experimentarium science centre in Hellerup has announced plans to establish a new branch in Skive’s GreenLab industrial park, according to a report by Danish broadcaster DR.

The project, launched in collaboration with Destination Limfjorden and GreenLab, will begin with a feasibility study to assess viability. Skive Municipal Council has already allocated funding for the initial phase, with the study expected to conclude by spring 2025.

“For 35 years, Experimentarium has inspired children and young people to explore science, technology, and sustainability,” said Kim Gladstone Herlev, the centre’s CEO. “We now aim to bring these experiences to audiences across the country, and this partnership with GreenLab offers an excellent opportunity to do so.”
