Faxe municipality residents face prospect of massive data center next door

Residents in Faxe municipality may soon see one of Europe’s largest data centers built adjacent to their homes, according to a report by Danish broadcaster DR.

Kristine and Peter Ermler, who purchased a newly built house in Høsten Torp north of Haslev a few years ago, say the prospect of the facility has left them with sleepless nights, sick leave, and a need for psychological support.
