Netastovan buys Look North building in Klaksvík

The Klaksvík-based fishing technology company Netastovan has purchased the Look North building in Klaksvík for 20 million kroner, the company’s board chairman Hanus Hansen confirmed. The company plans to expand significantly, Hansen said.

Netastovan was founded in 2022. JFK holds 22.5 percent of the company, matching the stake owned by Norðoya Íløgufelag. The company RFA owns 10 percent. An international owner, Isfell in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland, holds 45 percent of the firm, meaning Faroese interests retain majority ownership.
