Teacher under investigation after sharing topless photo on social media

A teacher in the municipality of Kemiönsaari, southwest Finland, is under investigation after posting a topless photo of themselves on Snapchat, according to a report by Iltalehti.

The image was shared on a channel that includes students from the teacher’s school, sparking discussions among pupils and parents. The municipality confirmed in a statement on Monday that it is examining the incident to “form a complete picture” of what occurred.

Kemiönsaari’s education director has held talks with the teacher, students, and guardians involved. Authorities stressed that the photo was not intentionally sent to students.
