Minister Høgni Hoydal addresses lack of pastureland regulation in the Faroe Islands

“The laws are clear, and the police state that they will now enforce them,” said Høgni Hoydal, the Minister of Business Affairs.

However, the Minister acknowledged that there is a lack of regulation regarding how farmers should describe the process when closing off pastureland.
