Swedish shooting victim linked to Oslo homicide case confirmed dead
Two Swedish teenagers arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Oslo are now suspected of involvement in a second homicide in Sweden, Dagbladet reports.
Norwegian police confirmed on Sunday that the two suspects, detained in Sweden earlier this week, were wanted for a shooting incident in Norrköping. Swedish authorities initially charged them with attempted murder, but Aftonbladet now reports the victim in that case has died.
Oslo police have previously stated they are investigating whether the Økern shooting—where a man with reported ties to the Comanches MC, formerly Satudarah, was killed—was a contracted hit. Prosecutor Anne Marie Hustad declined to comment on potential motives or who may have ordered the attack.
The victim had been under investigation for a separate shooting in Oslo’s Rommen district in June 2025, according to NRK. Police have not ruled out links between the Økern case and other recent violent incidents in the Oslo area.
