The 2026 Lillebælt Half Marathon began at 13:30 on Saturday, drawing nearly 8,500 runners and walkers across its events, DR reports.

The annual race, one of Denmark’s largest half marathons, attracts around 25,000–30,000 spectators each year. Participants could choose between a 10-kilometre route, a traditional half marathon, or a walking-pace half marathon—all crossing the historic Old Little Belt Bridge.
