Kemira launches restructuring talks that may cut up to 150 jobs
The Finnish chemicals company Kemira has initiated restructuring negotiations that could reduce its workforce by up to 150 positions, including up to 30 jobs in Finland, the company announced in a statement on Wednesday.
Kemira aims to achieve annual savings of approximately €15 million through the measures. The negotiations will cover the entire workforce except for production staff, the company said.
Globally, Kemira employs around 4,900 people, with roughly 800 based in Finland.
