The restructuring negotiations at the bus company Onnibus have concluded, following a process that began in September. The discussions involved the entire staff, consisting of approximately 250 employees. According to Onnibus, which is part of the Koiviston Auto group, all personnel affected by the negotiations have been offered new employment opportunities either within Onnibus or the broader Koiviston Auto organization.
A spokesperson indicated that layoffs would only occur if employees decline the new positions offered to them. The response from the workforce has been largely positive, with most employees accepting the new job offers. Remarkably, more than 90% of those involved in the negotiations have been able to secure roles similar to their previous positions and remain in their current work locations.
