Police urge caution for Halloween celebrations in East Iceland

Halloween is here, and children will soon be venturing out into the darkness to collect candy. Hjalti Bergmar Axelsson, the assistant chief of police in East Iceland, emphasized the importance of visibility for those out trick-or-treating.
