Jonas Falk suspected of blackmailing Joachim Kuylenstierna in Spain
Jonas Falk is suspected of being behind a blackmail scheme targeting Joachim Kuylenstierna, the former CEO of the publicly listed investment firm Fastator. Falk’s legal troubles began with his arrest by Spanish police. In a prior case, he was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison in April 2021, and another sentence in May 2018 initially handed him 18 years but was later reduced to a different outcome. The recent developments in the blackmail allegations add to Falk’s controversial history.
