Proceedings begin in Vantaa court for homicide case involving partner’s death

The East Uusimaa District Court in Vantaa will begin proceedings today for a homicide that occurred in June, where a man is accused of murdering his partner. The incident took place at the couple’s shared home in Tikkurila, Vantaa, on June 19. According to police reports, the man has admitted during the preliminary investigation that he caused the woman’s death.

While police have been sparse with details about the investigation, they have confirmed that the victim suffered severe violence. The couple has underage children.
