Starvsfelagið union agreements expire ahead of negotiations in Faroe Islands

As of today, October 1, the agreements between the Starvsfelagið union and employees from governmental and municipal sectors have expired. However, no formal negotiation meetings with the Ministry of Finance and the Municipal Employers’ Association have taken place yet.

Negotiations are scheduled to begin on October 8.
