Remote work remains prevalent among Finnish employees as podcast seeks listener input

Monday 2nd 2024 on 18:33 in
Finland

Although the pandemic is over, remote work remains prevalent. Last year, nearly half of Finnish workers engaged in remote work at least occasionally. Currently, the workplace is seeking a balance between remote and in-office work.

A news podcast is producing an episode focused on remote work practices and their evolution, and they want to hear your thoughts. You can respond to questions such as:

– How often are employees allowed to work remotely at your workplace?
– Have there been changes to the rules, and what are your thoughts on these changes?
– Do you find the requirement to come into the office frustrating, or do you feel bothered by colleagues who work remotely?

If you would like to contribute your voice to the news podcast, please send a WhatsApp voice message to +358 44 421 6250. In your message, also include your name, age, and location. Your name will not be published without your permission, but the podcast will only use voice messages from individuals whose identity is known to the production team.

Please send your voice message no later than Wednesday, September 4th.
