Three individuals arrested in Kokkola, Finland for attempted murder and aggravated robbery

Three individuals have been arrested in connection with an attempted murder and aggravated robbery in Kokkola, Finland. The Pohjanmaa District Court has ordered their detention. The police received a report last Tuesday about a bloodied man in Kokkola’s Hakalahti area. According to the man’s account, multiple assailants had attacked him shortly prior to the report.

Thanks to reliable eyewitness accounts, the police were able to make swift progress in the investigation. A number of suspects were apprehended within a day, with two of them being detained on Friday and a third on Monday. Some of the suspects are already known to the police.

The investigation is focused on charges of attempted murder, aggravated robbery, and severe violation of home peace.
