The Tetris Company distances itself from White House game

The Tetris Company has distanced itself from a new White House website featuring classic arcade games, DR reports.

The company said on X that it was not involved in creating Build the Wall, a game based on Tetris that involves building a border wall.

“At Tetris, we believe in bringing people together, not dividing them,” the company wrote.

The company also told AFP that it had not authorised the White House to use elements from the game and that it takes its copyright seriously.
