Icelandic broadcasting service introduces sign language interpreted news as Olympic Games coverage continues

The national broadcasting service, Ríkisútvarpið, has announced that its evening news will be interpreted in sign language, available online. The broadcast will start at 9 PM, coinciding with the ongoing Olympic Games coverage on RÚV and RÚV2.

Later this evening, a sign language interpreted news segment will also air on RÚV2.
