Haderslev ice cream shop creates horseradish-vanilla and mead flavours

Public broadcaster DR’s P4 radio, working with listeners, has challenged Søster Is in Haderslev to produce two unconventional ice cream flavours: horseradish-vanilla and mead.

The move follows a growing trend among ice cream parlours to experiment with unusual tastes.
