Three men have been charged with violating public decency after allegedly filming women urinating at Roskilde Festival, according to a daily report from Midt- og Vestsjællands Police.

The suspects are two German nationals, aged 40 and 67, and a 48-year-old man from Latvia. Their response to the charges is not yet known.

Witnesses reported seeing the men watching women as they urinated, the police report states. During the investigation, officers discovered an object resembling a fake brick with a hollow section, possibly concealing a built-in camera aimed at the area where women were urinating. Police confirmed the object was made of plastic but have not yet established a connection between the men and the device.

Roskilde Festival has previously addressed the issue of “creepshots”—taking non-consensual intimate photos—telling TV2 it takes the problem seriously. In response, the festival introduced new squat urinals with higher sides for increased privacy.

In a separate incident at Nibe Festival, a 29-year-old man was charged after using his phone to film two women through a toilet door. Festival attendees detained him until police arrived. The man has admitted to the offence.
