Two teenagers have been charged in Norway for allegedly planning bomb attacks at multiple locations in Oslo in collaboration with Sweden’s Foxtrot criminal network, SVT reports.

According to the indictment, the teens agreed with Foxtrot to receive explosives and detonate several devices in the Norwegian capital. Contact with the network continued until late September 2025, when the suspects were aged 16 and 17.

The indictment does not specify when or where the attacks were to occur, though the case is linked to other violent assignments during the same period. Both deny the charges. The trial is set for August.
