Säätytalo opens to the public for the first time since 2025 renovation
Säätytalo in Helsinki will hold an open house on Friday, with doors open to the public from 9:00 to 18:00, Yle reports. Entry is permitted for those who join the queue by 18:00.
This marks the first public opening since the building’s major renovation concluded in 2025. Visitors will only be allowed to move through the building as part of a guided tour, with Finnish-language tours departing every 10–15 minutes and lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Located in the Kruununhaka district, Säätytalo was completed in 1890 and designed by architect Karl Gustaf Nyström. The state-owned building serves as a venue for government meetings and official functions.
