Miljöpartiet’s co-spokesperson Amanda Lind conceded the party sometimes leans too heavily on “dry factualness” but pushed back against claims it lacks charisma in an interview on SVT’s Fördomsshowen (The Prejudice Show), broadcast Friday.

“Maybe a bit too much dry factualness at times,” Lind said. “Then you have to dare to take a few more risks.” She dismissed the notion that the Green Party suffers from a broader charisma deficit, though she acknowledged its approach can clash with political theatrics.

“When it’s all about spectacle—like waving around sausages in a debate—maybe we’re not the ones doing that,” Lind said.

The show’s host, Emil Persson, had opened the segment by stating, “The main prejudice is that you’re terribly uncharismatic.”

SVT’s Fördomsshowen airs Friday at 22:00 on SVT1 and is available on SVT Play.
