Students swap horses for homemade soapbox cars in Aalborg race

Over 550 students from 14 schools in Aalborg traded traditional horse racing for a high-speed soapbox car competition this week, reports DR Aalborg.

The event, held at Racing Arena Aalborg, saw students race in cars they had designed and built themselves with support from local craftsmen. The project incorporated skills in mathematics, physics, craftsmanship, design, and 3D printing.
