Finnish parliament begins scrutiny of government’s fiscal framework decisions
The Finnish parliament has started reviewing the government’s fiscal framework for 2027–2030, according to a report by national broadcaster Yle, citing the Finnish News Agency (STT).
The framework, agreed during the government’s recent budget negotiations (known as kehysriihi), outlines Finland’s public finance plans for the coming years. A parliamentary debate on the framework report began today.
The government has stated that its fiscal decisions aim to strengthen public confidence and improve conditions for economic growth and employment.
