Halla Logadóttir confirms decision not to apply for CEO of new Environment and Energy Agency in Iceland

Halla Hrund Logadóttir, the Director of Energy Affairs and a former presidential candidate, has announced that she will not be applying for the position of CEO of the new Environment and Energy Agency, which is set to be appointed starting January 1, 2025. Halla confirmed her decision in an interview with a news agency. She was appointed as the Director of Energy Affairs in 2021 by Þórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörð Gylfadóttir.
