Halla Logadóttir announces she will not pursue CEO position at Environment and Energy Agency in Iceland
Halla Hrund Logadóttir, the director of energy affairs and a former presidential candidate, has announced that she will not seek the position of CEO of the newly established Environment and Energy Agency, which will be filled starting January 1, 2025. Halla confirmed her decision in a conversation with the news agency. She was appointed to her current role by Minister of Energy Þórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörð Gylfadóttir in 2021.
