Around 500,000 must submit tax returns by tomorrow
Nearly half a million people in Finland must submit their tax returns by tomorrow, according to the Finnish Tax Administration, Yle reports.
The deadline applies to sole traders, farmers, and their spouses. Those affected must review their pre-filled tax returns, adding any income or deductions not automatically included by the authorities. All pre-filled information must also be verified for accuracy.
The Tax Administration reminds taxpayers that, due to a legislative change taking effect in April, official tax correspondence will now be sent electronically to users of government digital services.
